Z3 M Roadster/ M Coupe Sporting Suspension with External Adjustment - This suspension includes externally rebound adjustable strut inserts, rear shocks, as well as H&R Sport Springs. The front struts are externally adjustable from under the hood. These strut inserts require modification to the OEM strut housings. The rear shocks are rebound adjustable on the top of the shock from inside the car. H&R sport springs lower the car 1.3 inches front and rear!
