Warranties

Parts sold by TC Kline Racing, Inc. have been selected for their high quality materials and high quality of manufacture. Should any product be determined to be defective in materials or manufacture, TC Kline Racing, Inc. will replace the part less shipping and handling costs. Any parts that have not been used may also be returned with prior authorization from TC Kline Racing, Inc. These returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge.

The products offered by TC Kline Racing, Inc. have been designed for use in high performance and racing applications and we stand behind their quality. However, the ultimate use of these parts cannot be controlled by TC Kline Racing, Inc. As such, TC Kline Racing, Inc.; cannot be held responsible for how these parts are used, cannot insure that all parts have been properly installed, or whether any part is compatible with any other equipment being used on the car, or whether the parts are being used for the purpose designed, or if the parts have been properly maintained and routinely inspected for fit or wear by the owner or operator.

For these reasons and, except as expressly provided otherwise in an agreement between you and TC Kline Racing, Inc., ALL materials, equipment, products, assembly, customization, and other services are provided “AS IS” without any express or implied warrantee. TC Kline Racing cannot be held responsible for the abuse, misuse, or incorrect installation of its parts by third parties or any service conducted external to the TC Kline Racing, Inc. premises or from the use of any parts from any manufacturer’s parts offered for sale by TC Kline Racing, Inc. or its affiliate companies.

Any recourse against TC Kline Racing, Inc., TC Kline Racing, Inc. affiliate companies, or TC Kline for any damage or injury implied or associated with the use of these parts is limited to the price of the parts. Since TC Kline Racing, Inc. cannot monitor or inspect installation or use of any part outside of TC Kline Racing premises, any labor cost incurred by the purchaser to install, remove, or reinstall any of these parts is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Availability of Products and Services

TC Kline Racing, Inc. maintains an extensive inventory of parts offered in this catalog. At times we have encountered out-of-stock conditions due to unexpected demand or from delays in obtaining some items from the manufacturer. We will make every effort to ensure your parts are delivered in the shortest time using the most cost effective shipping methods that will meet your needs. TC Kline Racing, Inc. cannot be held liable for losses incurred from out-of-stock materials or from delays from third parties beyond our immediate control.

If an out-of-stock condition arises, TC Kline will contact you with expected delivery times. We also do a significant amount of custom work. Some of this work is contracted to specialists off premises. We will estimate the time required and keep you informed, but in these custom work cases especially, and for any question about order status, please feel free to contact us anytime.
