Single Adjustable Double Adjustable 28-Series

If you want to be able to tune your suspension, you need adjustable shocks. We like KONI shocks because of their consistent high-quality, performance and durability under extreme use. KONIs come in three basic constructions: mono-tube high-pressure gas, twin-tube hydraulic and twin-tube low-pressure gas-hydraulic.

TC Kline Racing carries a complete selection of KONI shocks, struts, and strut inserts and can have your shocks custom-built to any custom application. Rebound adjustments on some shocks are external while some are compress-to-adjust. All adjustments can be upgraded to external adjustment by special order from the rebuild center. So, even if KONI doesn't make a particular shock for your vehicle, we can tailor it and have it built it for you! The proper damping and valves can make a huge difference in how your car handles, so please contact a TC Kline Racing technician to discuss your particular needs prior to ordering.

Why KONI? FAQ Setup Adjustment

TC Kline Racing has several types of shocks to meet your performance and budget needs. Each of these shocks will dramatically improve performance over original equipment.

Externally single- and double-adjustable twin-tube low-pressure gas-hydraulic struts and strut inserts have special valving developed by TC Kline Racing in conjunction with KONI. This shock/strut is most ideal for a combination of ride comfort and high performance street, as well as, driver's schools, and all production car racing. This is the most popular shock we sell.

Single Adjustable Struts and Shocks The most economical way to get high-performance shocks on your BMW. These KONI single-adjustable shocks allow you to quickly adjust your rebound without removing from the car unless noted *. The single adjustable struts are suitable for street and track days.

TC Kline/KONI double-adjustable shocks and struts allow you to adjust your rebound and compression rates independently. The struts can be used for street, autocross, and race use.

Upgrade to TCKR Rear Shock Mounts - A weak component in all BMW rear suspensions. We recommend replacing rear shock mounts when you change suspension and we suggest that you upgrade to a stronger aftermarket mount.


Specially Formulated Buna Rubber Mounts	TCKR Monoball Rear Mounts

TC Kline Racing has done extensive development and testing to produce a high-performance street and a monoball mount for track and race use. Each of these versions will yield maximum performance by allowing the shock to properly dampen the action of the rear wheels. Many other mounts, especially OEM replacement mounts can actually hinder the shocks ability to do its job.

Moton & Koni 28-Series - The ultimate shocks for high-end racing cars which have upgraded with spherical ball joints. (The performance advantages of these shock would not be realized on cars with standard suspension bushings.) These double-adjustable shocks
are the top of the KONI line. The 28-Series uses true Indy Car technology. For the professional racer, these mono-tube high-pressure gas coilover race dampers feature extremely precise and repeatable rebound and compression valving. And, they can be easily adjusted while still on the car. The 28 is also available as a strut.
