Weight reductions in rotating mass in the drive train are effectively worth more than their weight in reducing inertial power loss. TC Kline Racing offers JB Racing flywheels exclusively. JB Flywheels are aluminum for light weight, has a steel ring gear for durability and are designed to work with OEM as well as performance clutches.

Street/ Track Flywheel 10lb- Recommended for all street, dual purpose, as well as race cars in which the class limits you to using an original equipment type and size clutch system. Gall plate and mounting hardware are included. This versatile flywheel is designed for use with all 4 & 6 Cylinder 3series, Z3, Mcoupe, Mroadster, and Z4 BMW cars. Sachs OE Replacement Pressure Plate- Europe's most respected manufacturer of OEM and replacement clutches. This pressure plate offers the same performance as the pressure plate that came in your car from the factory and changes the E46 style pressure plate to the more durable E36 M3 style.

Sachs Power Clutch Pressure Plate- Sachs also offers a pressure plate which has considerably more clamping force than stock components. If you are using your car in a harsh environment, added horsepower, or your car sees regular track use, this custom configured Sachs pressure plates will provide much higher reliability as well as improved performance.

From daily driving to high horsepower track applications and everything in between, we have the proper Sachs clutch disc to suit your needs. If your car is not an M, you will benefit by gaining an additional 12mm of outer disc surface area, resulting in more grip. Sachs OE Sprung Hub Organic Disc- Organic lined disc with a spring dampened hub center that will help to reduce gearbox chatter that is sometimes associated with replacing the stock dual-mass flywheel with a solid lightweight aluminum unit. This disc is otherwise equivalent in capacity to the stock disc that came in your car.

ULTRA-LITE Racing Flywheel / Clutch System- are designed to enhance vehicle performance by reducing the static flywheel weight and more importantly, the Moment of Inertia (MOI) to near minimum which allows the engine to "rev" quicker thus increasing the vehicle's acceleration rate. These flywheels are designed for off-highway competition usage only and utilize reduced diameter multi-disc racing clutches. These clutch systems require a properly installed and adjusted clutch pedal stop to control clutch pedal travel. These flywheels and clutch systems are not suitable for street driven vehicles.

Differentials TC Kline Racing can greatly enhance the functionality of your BMW limited slip unit by increasing the ramp angles to increase lockup under acceleration. Our race track experience has shown us that by altering the internal ramp angles, rather than simply shimming the clutch pack (as most rebuilders do), we are able to provide approximately a 30% lockup (very near the stock setting) entering a turn and approximately 70% under full acceleration. These settings make for optimal handling in all situations. Available for all models.

RE Finned Diff Cover Fashioned after other high-dollar alternatives, the Rogue Engineering diff cover holds an additional 1.5 quarts of differential oil and includes a port for temperature sensor (for monitoring). By being able to cool the differential properly, increased clutch-pack life can be expected.
